FAMS 5

The Fund Administrator’s Management System (FAMS) is a modern suite of web applications designed for flexible, secure and scalable processing.

FAMS is made available under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, hosted in a HIPAA-compliant, SOC 2 certified Cloud environment. JBM ensures our clients can safely and securely manage their funds’ information assets within a modern technology platform. Our product’s modular design affords many points of integration for you from EDI eligibility files, NACHA payment registers, Annuity contribution exports, union office management software, and imaging platform interfaces.

FAMS modules include employer remittance processing, employer delinquencies, reciprocity, welfare eligibility, Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) administration, disability benefits processing, pension benefits processing, pension benefit calculations, annuity benefit administration, vacation benefit administration, Self-pay processing, and our employer and member portals. FAMS also includes support for associating documents and images with member and employer records.

JBM also offers customized software development and data conversion services to support your benefit administration needs.
